In 2007, Ora Lee started a pilot program to bring skilled nursing services to the Western Slope’s leading provider of non-medical homecare. After years of developing a nursing department that focused on client needs, great service and relationships, the team decided to move all of our skilled care service to its own company. That company is Cimarron Home Care. Today, Cimarron Home Care has expanded to offer all areas of skilled home health care and work with any payers we can to make sure we bring our exceptional patient-focused approach to meet all home health care needs in the Grand Valley.
